“ “Now that I have finished this album off I want to concentrate on playing more in public. Recording makes you feel like a recluse. We have started to rehearse for the full 8 piece band again and it’s great to play these songs live. They change a little when done live and you can jam middle 8’s and experiment and improvise. I suppose a recording is like a photo whereas live stuff is more like a movie. The logistics of keeping a band together of course is another source of angst that makes you want to play solo but then you become another form of recluse, which is something I am not by nature”
